Executive Coaching
Executive Coaching is a question-oriented approach to professional and personal development of managers that has goals such as creating awareness and activities based on it and facilitating learning and growth. It focuses on increasing people’s efficiency by helping them develop and maintain new attitudes, perspectives, skills and behaviors.
An executive coach is a professional who works with people (usually managers, but often with potential employees who are prone to managerial positions) to help them increase their self-awareness, clarify their goals, and plan. Achieve personal development, discover your potential, and act as an influential member of the company.
They are not counselors or therapists and usually refuse to provide advice or direct solutions to their clients’ problems. Instead, with the skill they have, they ask questions and explore issues that a CEO can find to solve their problems.
Executive coaches hold secret and supportive meetings for their clients. They ask questions with skill and delicacy, challenge looking at a particular topic, contribute to greater clarity and clarity, and sometimes provide limited advice if the client is satisfied.
Executive coaches, if necessary, also conduct specific tests and assessments, such as personality assessments, 360-degree assessments, and exclusive interviews to help their clients become more self-aware.
Coachis responsible to the authorities, his manager, and sometimes the organization’s human resources manager. None of the information exchanged during the coaching meetings between Coach and the authorities will be provided to his manager and the director of human resources of the organization without the permission of the authorities. However, in some cases, if the coach deems it appropriate and relies on the ICF’s ethical principles, he or she may hold facilitation meetings with the coordination of the authorities between him or her and the director or other managers.
